1. Order cancellation window

You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched for shipping.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once the order has been dispatched (you receive a shipping notification with AWB number), it cannot be cancelled
To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 99588 03531 or email info@hospitalcurtains.in with your order number

This policy covers hospital curtains, curtain tracks, and IV bag hangers ordered on this website.

Your order number (format: HC-YYYYMMDD-####). Older orders may still use a PHS- prefix.

Once an order has been dispatched:

The order cannot be cancelled
You may refuse delivery at the door. However, in this case:
- Shipping charges (both forward and reverse) will be deducted
- No exchange or credit will be provided for refused deliveries without prior approval from our team
- Refused deliveries without prior communication will not be eligible for any exchange

Since all payments are processed via Razorpay:

If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, we will issue an exchange voucher or apply credit toward a future order
We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method except where Indian consumer law requires it
The exchange voucher will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance
In exceptional cases, Razorpay may process a refund as per their own policy. This is at Razorpay's discretion and not guaranteed by us.

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

In such cases, you will be notified via email and phone. A full exchange credit will be provided.
