2. What this site sells
The site offers hospital cubicle curtains, curtain track systems, and telescopic IV bag hangers for healthcare facilities in India. Some related products (such as nurse call systems, pneumatic tube systems, and corner guards) are enquiry-only and are not sold through checkout.
A contract of sale arises when you place an order and we accept payment, or when we accept a written purchase order on the commercial terms stated in that document.
Product prices shown on the site are exclusive of GST unless a page says otherwise. Cubicle curtains (HSN 6303) attract 5% GST. Tracks, IV hangers, accessories and shipping attract 18% GST.
3. Use of the site
You may use the site to review published product data, send an enquiry, and place an order. You must not:
- Attempt to break, overload, or probe the site or its forms.
- Submit false contact or delivery details.
- Copy the site in bulk for a competing catalogue without our written permission.
4. Product information
Specifications, sizes, and colours are published in good faith from current factory data. They can change. Confirm figures against the order confirmation or any drawing we issue for a named project before you install.
Flame-retardant performance is specified for healthcare cubicle fabrics. It is not a substitute for your facility fire-safety sign-off. We do not claim antimicrobial performance on this site.
5. Orders, payment, and GST
Checkout is processed through Razorpay. You may pay the full amount online, or pay a stated advance online with the balance due on delivery, where that option is offered.
GST invoices are issued by Window Techs India Private Limited under GSTIN 08AABCW1291M1ZZ (Rajasthan).
New order numbers use the format HC-YYYYMMDD-####. Older orders may still use a PHS- prefix. Both formats remain valid for tracking.
6. Shipping, cancellation, and exchange
Delivery, cancellation, and exchange rules are set out in the Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Sales are exchange-only. We do not provide cash refunds except where Indian consumer law requires it.
Custom-size curtains and products that have been installed are not eligible for exchange for change of mind.
7. Enquiries
By sending the contact form you confirm that the details are accurate and that we may process them as described in the Privacy Policy. We will try to reply within a reasonable time. We are not obliged to quote for every enquiry.
8. Intellectual property
